Position Overview
This role combines treatment coordination, financial coordination, and office management responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a welcoming and professional experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients
Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
Manage scheduling, front desk flow, and daily office operations
Oversee insurance claims, billing, and follow-ups
Lead and support front office team members
Maintain organization, efficiency, and consistency in office systems
Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental front office required
Strong proficiency with OpenDental preferred
Experience with treatment planning and financial coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Leadership or office management experience a plus
